2012 begins our fourth year of cheese making. We purchase local cow's milk with which we produce cream cheeses, camembert style cheeses (Chelsea-Cam and Rosy-Cam), feta, and gouda. We purchase sheep's milk from Charlotte, Michigan. We make manchego style (Man-Chel) and ossau-iraty style (ButterNut) cheeses from the sheep's milk. These are aged and usually produced from raw milk.

H & H Sugarbush LLC is a family-run business, and we have been making maple syrupon our Washtenaw County farm since 2007. The farm itself has been family-run for well over 100 years. Every spring we tap maple trees throughout the woods, hand collect the sap, and boil all of our syrup in a sugar shack right outside our house.

Papa Tom’s Cajun Boiled Peanuts
www.papatomscajunboiledpeanuts.com
Almost 3 years ago I started cooking Papa Tom's Cajun Boiled Peanuts. I am from Ann Arbor, but I resided in Northern Florida for a lil over 10 years. This is where I was introduced to BOILED PEANUTS. To make a long story short, I fell in love with them!!! When a moved back to Michigan about 5 years ago, I was happy to be back up North, but "NO BOILED PEANUTS"!!!! I couldn't understand how something so delicious and sought after in the Southern U.S. was not around up North. Well I decided to change that, I used my own special recipe and started cooking them myself. Come buy and try a free sample!!!! They are "THE BEST NEW SNACK YOU'VE NEVER TRIED." Oh, by the way, did I mention they are Vegetarian and Healthy!!!! Great for games, picnics and just about ALL occasions. I look forward to introducing them to you!

Fairview Studios offers Earthwork crafts and publications, designed and handmade of natural materials by the artist, Joan Hutchinson. Products include wreaths, medicine wheels, landscapes, critters, fans, dusters, rattles, and five kinds of smudge.
Some designs are based on ancient traditions; others flow from serendipitous insights of the moment. Yet the "meaning" of all pieces is immediately accessible and richly personal, resonating with one's own experiences and worldview.
Custom orders to commemorate special vacations, interests, or occasions are welcomed!
