Chelsea Update is profiling vendors at the market and this week, it’s Duane Bordine of Bordine Farms.

Duane Bordine, who sells fresh cut flowers and plants, is a vendor at both Chelsea Farmers markets as well as the Westside Farmers Market in Ann Arbor.
The Stockbridge resident owns 10 acres of land and has been raising plants and flowers since 2005.
Bordine sells dahlias, gladiolas, snap dragons and zinnias.
“People in Chelsea are friendly and they appreciate what I have,” said Bordine.
Bordine Farms offers rewards cards for savings for returning customers and he enjoys sharing his plants with children.
