First Indoor Chelsea Market!

Greetings All –

I don’t think the move indoors could have come a moment sooner! Snow yesterday is a good indicator of outdoor market season ending. Lots of amazing daily vendors will be cycling through and lots of your staples too. Hot coffee and live music each and every week!

When: Every Saturday from November 2 – December 21
Time: 10 am -2pm
Where: 500 Washington St. Building 110 in the cafeteria
Who: the best – including you all – people around!

Music this week: John Latini will kick us off with his BEAUTIFUL voice. 10:30-12:45. Come pull up a chair and a cup of joe and sit awhile

Vendors:

TANTRE FARM:     arugula, beets (golden, red), bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, Napa cabbage, carrots (orange, purple), cauliflower, celery, collards, garlic, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, onions (red, yellow), peppers (red, yellow), potatoes (blue, red, pink, yellow, fingerlings), radicchio, spinach, tatsoi, tomatoes, winter squash.  Some fresh herbs will be parsley, peppermint, dill, rosemary, fennel, and thyme.  We also are open for registration for our Thanksgiving CSA on Nov. 23 for $125!  See our website for more details. KAPNICK ORCHARD: apples, apple cider, donuts, fudge, sweet breads

PARA PARA CREAMERY: Po brings his delicious and amazing feta, feta spreads, gouda and cheddar hand crafted cheeses from  his farm. Don’t miss the magic and all the love infused in his product.

GOLDEN FLEECE FARM: grass finished beef – burger, steaks, roasts, ground beef; pastured lamb – steaks, chops, burger and soy free organically fed chicken eggs

BRIELAND-SHOULTZ FARM: beef, chicken, eggs, jam, soap, sourdough bread. 

SMELLZ SO GOOD: awesome hand made soy candles in so many different scents. All natural essential oils, slow burning and the perfect gift!

AFFEATHERMATIONS: medicine wheels, fans, rattles, smudges, bark art, owl and gourd writers and seasonal gifts. Joan’s love of the outdoors brings her fascinating natural found materials to design original items derived from many cultures and spiritual traditions.

LAKEHOUSE BAKERY: A small local scratch bakery in the heart of Waterloo Rec Area, Keegan will bring muffins, bread, cookies, rolls, granola and coupons along with sauces, lemon and lime curd BBQ sauce, chutney and caramel/chocolate sauces.

COUNTRY HILLS POTTERY: wheel thrown stoneware pottery…mostly functional pieces! (and also amazingly beautiful for gifts and all occasions)

DEXTER FOLSOM: hand made bird houses and feeders along with bat boxes

SWEET AND SALTY COOKIE CO. : Jocelyn and Jeff bring super yummy cookies to the table – chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, M&M, Reeses, peanut butter, snicker chip doodle, butterscotch, sea salt caramel, maple oatmeal raisin and more!

JACOB’S FRESH FARM: local, seasonal produce, honey and eggs

MARKS FARM: local, seasonal produce and wreaths 

STONE HEARTH BAKERY: preservative free, hand made breads and baked goods. Pepperoni rolls, cinnamon buns, cookies, rye, sourdough, etc…

SMILING JIM’S SEASONING: hand made seasoning for poultry, pork and beef.

LA BAGUETTE: a small bakery specializing in French baked goods, Lisa and Suzanne invite you to come and sample their products! They will have baguettes, rye-sesame boules, madeleines, sablés, honey roasted peanut cookies, gâteau breton, sorta di ricotta e ciocolate, gâteau aux fruits, brioche, and savory tarts
