INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
- 5 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour (gf works great too!)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1⁄8teaspoon clove, freshly ground (optional)
Topping:
- 1 1⁄2cups rolled oats, large flake
- 1⁄3cup sugar, brown
- 1⁄3cup honey, liquid
- 1⁄2teaspoon vanilla, extract, pure
- 1⁄4cup butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, freshly ground
- 1⁄4teaspoon nutmeg, freshly ground
- 1⁄2teaspoon salt
