As we move into June (almost!) we get the bounty of all the hard work of our farmers. Cucumbers and the earliest of summer squashes will start to trickle in. The asparagus is still going along with rhubarb and early greens. Radishes, kohlrabi, salad turnips to boot! I LOVE early summer produce. This heat will push some things out of the contending and others to come into flourish…
