Winter Indoor Market November 30th!

Greetings!

Though I didn’t get around to sending out a special Thanksgiving email to you all, please know that I do give great thanks for each one of you; the vendors who fill the community with their quality goods and loving character and the customers – YOU – who continue to inspire those goods and support small businesses. Small Business Saturday is a great way to come show some love to your local entrepreneurs! Though we are a smaller group this week than last, we are mighty (and fun!).

When: Every Saturday through December 21
Time: 10 am -2pm
Where: 500 Washington St. Building 110 in the cafeteria
Who: the best – including you all – people around!

Music: The MacDonald Brothers will join us this week! So happy to have these boys perform. Pull up a chair from 10:30-12:45 to catch the sounds.

Plenty of hot fresh coffee to go around too.

Vendors:

**New 21 CRANES, ARTISAN EATS & TREATS: a cottage industry business created and crafted in Chelsea, MI. Offering cranberry and walnut granola, seasonal peanut brittle, hand poured pure soy candles and pictorial notecards. 

TANTRE FARM:     beets, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots (red, orange, purple), garlic, kale, kohlrabi, onions (red, yellow), potatoes (blue, red, pink, yellow, fingerlings), daikon radishes and watermelon radishes, and winter squash.  Maybe even some fresh parsley if they survived the freeze.  

DOUGS MUGS: locally made, hand crafted functional pottery, including mugs, toothbrush holders, lidded pots, pie plates, oil bottles and soap dispensers.

JAM MAN: 12 varieties of Jams and toppings, framed 3-D and Flat paper art, Silver and Gold Jewelry that is custom one of a kind

KAPNICK ORCHARD: apples, apple cider, pears donuts, fudge, sweet breads

GOLDEN FLEECE FARM: grass finished beef – burger, steaks, roasts, ground beef; pastured lamb – steaks, chops, burger and soy free organically fed chicken eggs

BRIELAND-SHOULTZ FARM: beef, chicken, eggs, jam, soap, sourdough bread. 

THISTLE BLOSSOM: Boo Boo fix it sticks, Lavender Linen Spray (no oils, won’t stain), healing moisturizing body balms, Go Away Bug Spray – deter those ticks, fleas and mosquitoes, Lip Balms, Body Oil Blends, Board and Spoon Butter – your wooden kitchen utensils need love too!, and so much more. All products made by Denise, chemical and petroleum product free.

AFFEATHERMATIONS: medicine wheels, fans, rattles, smudges, bark art, owl and gourd writers and seasonal gifts. Joan’s love of the outdoors brings her fascinating natural found materials to design original items derived from many cultures and spiritual traditions.

DEBBIE’S BEADS: gorgeous glass beaded bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

DEXTER FOLSOM: hand made bird houses and feeders along with bat boxes

MARKS FARM: local, seasonal produce and wreaths 

COUNTRY HILLS POTTERY: wheel thrown stoneware pottery – most pieces functional, all beautiful!

LA BAGUETTE: a small bakery specializing in French baked goods, Lisa and Suzanne invite you to come and sample their products! They will have baguettes, rye-sesame boules, madeleines, sablés, honey roasted peanut cookies, gâteau breton, sorta di ricotta e ciocolate, gâteau aux fruits, brioche, and savory tarts. This week featuring: Tarte Tatin. yum!
