“Mama Mo” owner Linda Conrad started her love of healing foods when in New York City studying the theatre arts in New York City. There she pursued an education in macrobiotic studies, and brought her love of local, healing foods to her native Michigan. After raising a family, Linda decided to share her favorite varieties of seitan, hummus and pesto with her communtiy, and built a commercial kitchen in Munith, MI. Mama Mo sells the following every Saturday at the market:
