Mama Mo Black Pepper Walnut Pasta with spinach and chicken

I added spinach from Ruhlig’s Produce and chicken from Back Forty Acres to round out this market meal.

Serves 2-4


8 oz. Mama Mo Black Pepper Walnut Hummus
Hot water
8 oz. fresh pasta from the Local Epicurian (a new daily vendor at the market!)
Grated asiago cheese
Fresh spinach, roughly chopped
Cooked, sliced chicken breast


Follow pasta cooking directions.

While pasta water is heating up, incorporate hot water with Mama Mo Black Pepper Walnut Hummus until desired sauce consistency is achieved, and add cooked chicken and spinach if desired.

Pour sauce over pasta, garnish with cheese and enjoy!
