Did you know that the 11th annual local Food Summit is happening on February 16th? It is an amazing place to connect with information, resources about local food systems and community that supports and makes these food systems happen! MARKS FARM: •Henry Ford Allegience hospital in Jackson every Thursday from 9 am – 2 pm and also at Saline Farmers Market at the Liberty school every Saturday from 9am – noon. We have lettuces , spinach, beets, potatoes, carrots, parsnips’, Cabbage and more. We also have homemade bird seed suet cakes. House plants coming soon.
GOLDEN FLEECE: •Now selling lamb at the New Chelsea Market and Argus Farm Stop in both the Liberty and Packard Stores. We also sell lamb and grass fed beef at the farm, but folks need to call to make sure we are there (734 645-7864)
